Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for standard stock items that are unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Custom fabricated items, made-to-order products, and bulk orders are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom fabricated or made-to-specification products
• Items that have been installed or used
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage by the buyer
• Bulk orders confirmed against specific project requirements

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for replacement or credit at our discretion after inspection.

4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error. Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer as agreed.
