1. Dispatch Timelines

Standard items are dispatched within 7–10 working days from order confirmation and payment receipt. Custom fabricated items and bulk orders are dispatched as per the delivery schedule confirmed at the time of order.

2. Shipping Coverage

PRACTICAL INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED ships across India. Shipping to remote or restricted areas may require additional lead time. Please confirm delivery feasibility for your location at the time of enquiry.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location. Charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. For bulk orders, freight terms (ex-works, door delivery) will be agreed upon separately.

4. Freight and Logistics

We use reputable logistics partners for delivery. For heavy or bulk consignments, transport is arranged via road freight. Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch where available.

5. Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics carrier. We recommend inspecting consignments at the time of delivery and noting any damage on the delivery receipt.

6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate proactively if a delay is anticipated.
